The executive committee will include wide participation from an array of faculty, students, staff, alumni, community partners, and other key constituencies. It will be supported by multiple working groups of highly engaged stakeholders with knowledge and experience relevant to their charge—student success and opportunity, transformative research and creativity, and service to the state and beyond. All committees will meet weekly, and members will regularly seek ideas from their larger networks to ensure the inclusion of voices from across the campus.
