Over the summer, each pillar of the Executive Leadership Team 2030 — led by Rick Van Kooten and Stacy Morrone — met regularly alongside community subject matter experts to consider the appropriate projects, sequencing, and milestones to chart the best path for success toward actualized goals, objectives, and metrics. Together, they produced a full draft plan for the implementation structure.

After final review of the implementation plan, the ELT 2030 will drive collaboration with the Bloomington Faculty Council, academic units, Bloomington Staff Council, administrative offices, student groups, and community partners to assign goals and objectives to individuals and operational teams as appropriate.
Much of the work outlined in the implementation plan will kick off this fall. In this phase, broad participation from across campus, including from many who were part of the earlier planning working groups, will be necessary.
The implementation team is also collaborating with Institutional Analytics to construct a dashboard that ensures timely measurement of progress, as well as a system of accountability for implementation teams.
