Working Groups

A series of goal-specific working groups have been created under the three core strategic areas — Student Success and Opportunity, Transformative Research and Creativity, and Service to State and Beyond.

Each working group will conduct weekly meetings and will be composed of leaders and stakeholders with experience and knowledge relevant to their charge. These working groups consist of more than 450 faculty, staff, student, and community participants from across the IU Bloomington campus. Working groups will develop vision statements for their topic to help guide their work and will endeavor to seek input from broad and diverse stakeholder groups. Working groups will focus on developing measurable objectives, strategic actions, and metrics appropriate to their area of focus, and each will submit draft and final reports to the relevant planning committee co-chairs prior to review by the executive committee.
